Pork Steak Spaghetti Sauce

This Recipe has been in the family for 3 Generations. This has been the requested “Birthday Dinner” many times through the years.  When a new family member is introduced to Pork Steak Spaghetti, it is almost always with apprehension on their part, but once tried it becomes a favorite of theirs also. When ever I make this it is always a double batch, so that I can share with other lucky family members. :)

  • 3 15 ounce tomato sauce
  • 1 10 1/2 ounce tomato puree
  • 1 12 ounce can tomato paste
  • 6 pork steaks, cut into 3 pieces cut off outside fat
  • 4 large onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Saute onion and garlic in small amount of cooking oil Mix in rest of ingredients.

Simmer 4 hrs or more, until meat shreads easily.

Remove bones and serve over noodles
